Our Process
Every translation project at Burg Translations, Inc. is subjected to our standardized, documented procedures. These procedures govern every aspect of the translation process including linguist screening and selection, pre-translation, translation, editing and delivery. By adopting uniformity in our process, we can ensure standards that promote the highest quality translations. If there are deviations that produce errors in either the actual translation or a related aspect i.e. deadline, delivery, format, etc., then we can easily pinpoint the cause and take corrective and preventive measures.
In addition to our internal procedures, clients can be assured that their own preferences will be applied to translation projects. If there are special protocols or instructions for billing and deliverables, we make sure your dedicated project manager adheres to your organizations’ specifications.
