Initial interviews are conducted in the tested language to identify the individual’s level of proficiency in the language. In addition, our subjective rating scales can track an individual’s progress over time, allowing improvement towards language proficiencies.
This test is also available in English for organizations that need to ensure their bilingual employees have sufficient command of English to interact with English-speaking customers effectively.
