Time and Cost of Certified English Translation

Typically a set of immigration documents can be translated in a few days. This depends on various factors including the number and length of documents, general condition of the documents, including deterioration and legibility, handwritten notations, and any other issues that could facilitate or delay the process. Prices start at $90 per document and can vary according to length, time requirements, and languages involved.

In accordance with our ISO and EN Certifications, all translators and editors are bound by a Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement that ensures that any document processed by BURG will not be shared nor disclosed to any third party not related to the translation process at any time and under no circumstance. FAST TURNAROUND

BURG provides certified translations of thousands of immigration documents every year. Turnaround times depend on the number of documents that need translation and the size of each document. BURG’s team of Project Managers assess our clients’ files and determine how quickly the translation can be completed. Some turnaround times can be as fast as approximately 2 to 3 business days. QUALITY OF CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS

The translation of Russian immigration certificates is not completely compatible with computerized machine translation for several reasons. Often, these documents are presented to the translation provider in hard copy or scanned formats, which may include handwritten notations, acronyms, and illegible sections. There may also be some degree of deterioration, missing sections, etc. The translator, editor and quality specialist ensure that nothing has been omitted in the translation, the rendering is absolutely accurate, names are spelled correctly, and that dates and numbers have been transcribed correctly in the correct formats. The translator, editor and quality specialist are fully aware of the implications and possible consequences of a job that is not up to the required level of quality.

CERTIFIED ENGLISH TRANSLATION PROGRESS

Our clients are always able to track the progress of their translation as they can contact and work directly with our Project Managers.
