SOFTWARE LOCALIZATION PROCESS

Phase1. Internationalize

Internationalization (i18n) is the stage dedicated to softcoding the product of any unique characteristics (such as cultural or regional references) to the home country in which the product was originally developed.

All numbers and words, including text embedded within graphics and audio text, are extracted and localized into foreign formats and translated to foreign languages.

Phase 3. Finalize

Phase 4. Test

Using a test script, the software is tested by native speakers of the translated languages.

Phase 5. Support
